The digital nomad visa for Namibia will allow you to stay in the country for six months, with the possibility of extending it for another six months.

Anyone interested can complete their application online. You must fill out the forms and send it completed to a dedicated government email address.

If You Are A United States Citizen

US citizens can apply for the Namibia digital nomad visa. In order to do so, they must prove they earn enough money to be self-sufficient.

As a single person, you must earn at least $2,000/month. If you’re planning to travel with your family, your accompanying spouse must earn $1,000 per month, and you need to have a budget of $500 per child every month.

Keep in mind that this money needs to come from income, payslips, or employment contracts. It cannot come from your savings.

In order to apply, US citizens are required to show bank statements for the last six months. You’ll also need a motivation letter from your employer.

If You are an EU Citizen

Just like US citizens, EU citizens are allowed to apply for the digital nomad visa of Namibia. The requirements are the same.

  • As a single person, you must earn at least $2,000/per month
