We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Renewals Manager to spearhead the renewals function for our SaaS software subscriptions. The Renewals Manager will be instrumental in process improvement within the department and have the opportunity to have meaningful impact on both retention and customer experience. . This role requires not only a deep understanding of Yottaa’s value proposition and solutions but also a consistently organized approach to renewals management.

Your Role


Process Optimization:
  • Optimize and design new and efficient processes and workflows. 
  • Recommend and take action on opportunities to improve data, tools, and systems  to support renewals operations. 


  • Renewal Management:
  • Proactively manage the renewal process for SaaS subscriptions, including conducting contract reviews and negotiations. 
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders within customer organizations to secure renewals. 
  • Monitor and track renewal dates and proactively reach out to customers well in advance of expiration. 


  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges. 
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 


  • Value Proposition:
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions to customers and address any concerns or objections they may have. 
  • Educate customers on product updates and new features that enhance their experience. 


  • Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and reporting to senior management, proactively surfacingpotential risks and opportunities. 
  • Utilize CRM and data analytics tools to track customer engagement and retention metrics. 


  • Your Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus. 
  • Proven experience as a Renewals Manager in a SaaS or software company. Experience in e-commerce is preferred. 
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization 
  • Relentless attention to detail. 
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for customer success. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools. Salesforce experience strongly preferred.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Proven leadership and process optimization skills. 
  • Adaptable and able to develop structure when faced with ambiguity 
  • Experience forecasting against a retention target
