- Facilitate Metrics and Measure Success: Guide the development of meaningful metrics and KPIs to support team and organizational goals.
- Coach and Guide Teams: Mentor Agile teams, helping them reach their potential by supporting goal achievement, schedule adherence, and overcoming technical or operational challenges.
- Promote a Culture of Continuous Learning: Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and other stakeholders to establish a thriving Agile Community, fostering an environment of continuous knowledge sharing and development.
The tools in your backpack:
- Advanced Scrum Master experience in complex environments (required).
- Deep understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe®, Spotify model, Test-Driven Development).
- Strong expertise in Agile practices: Extensive experience with Agile/Lean core values, principles, and practices within Agile teams/organizations.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools like JIRA®, Confluence®, and Microsoft Teams.
- Certifications such as CSM®, A-CSM®, PSM®, CSP-SM® (advantageous).
- Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of banking structures and stakeholder management (an advantage).
- Fluency in English (required).
