The Revenue Intelligence team is seeking a Director, Strategic Product Operations to support Veeam’s Global Sales organization through high impact operational execution, strategic initiatives, process innovation, analytical skills and strong stakeholder partnerships.  This role will report to SVP, Revenue Intelligence and is part of Global Sales Operations team under the Chief Operations Officer. 

Responsibilities 
  • Drive end-to-end business leadership to enable world-class sales execution of strategic initiatives and products.  
  • Support Veeam’s growing expansion into additional products and workloads by managing sales operations for the specialist and strategic workload sales teams. 
  • Provide support for forecast, analytics, and GTM strategy for overlay teams including but not limited to Veeam’s Kasten, Public Cloud, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 products and any other teams which may emerge through organic or acquisition focus. 
  • Work with cross functional teams including, but not limited to, CRO & COO, SVP of product sales, regional Sales & Sales Operations, Data Analytics, Finance, Marketing, IT and others within the business to deliver consistent and effective improvements to Veeam’s GTM and related processes at global scale related to strategic emerging workloads. 
  • Partner with Analytics teams to prepare business analysis for QBRs, Summits, and All Hands meetings as needed related to strategic workloads as well as ongoing and ad-hoc needs from sales leaders. 
  • Drive the annual planning process for Strategic Workloads teams. 
  • Advise on the overlay process and how to better drive the growth of SP within the larger Veeam Sales structure including cross sell and promotion operations. 

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Economics/Marketing/or Business Administration), Master’s degree preferred. 
  • Preference for candidates who have completed a relevant experience in consulting, business analysis or sales operations at a technology company for 5+ years including process design, project management, and planning as a plus. 
  • Fluent English, additional languages is a plus but not required. 
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Advanced skills in MS Office 365 andSalesforce.com
  • MS Access or other database skills are a strong plus. 
  • Expertise using and implementing BI applications (Tableau).

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$132,500$189,300 USD
