In this role, you will
Build and execute long-term marketing strategy across all company productsLead and scale our talented marketing team: build structure, processes, and cross-team synergy between marketing and product unitsPlan and manage performance marketing budgets with a laser focus on ROI and audience growthEnsure smooth and uninterrupted advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and DSP platforms, tackle account bans, creative rejections, and other ad policy blockers head-onEstablish strategic relationships with key ad platformsSecure optimized CPM/CPI rates, access to beta tools, and early access to new featuresLeverage both official partnerships and your personal Head/C-level network to ensure priority supportEnsure sensitive formats get approved without losing impactMonitor trends, competitors, and changes in the social networking and ad tech landscapeChampion new tools, platforms, and innovations that give us an edge
It’s all about you
Proven track record managing $60M+ annual marketing budgetsExperience in developing marketing strategies and leading teams at the VP of Marketing/Marketing Director/CMO levelStrong knowledge of digital performance marketing. Have an existing Head/C-level network within leading advertising platformsExperience with strategic partnerships that resulted in customized terms, optimized CPM/CPI, and access to beta tools and closed featuresAble to guide ad creative teams through tight platform policies while keeping campaigns engaging and effectiveYou are a recognized and trusted expert in the digital advertising industry, with a reputation that opens doors
