Urbantz is growing. Our team is on the hunt for a dynamic, high-performing and experienced Customer Project Manager.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-level projects while also overseeing and mentoring a team of customer project managers.
- Have direct accountability for the overall success of client projects - from start to finish.
- Have a deep technical understanding of Urbantz's product and pilot the technical integration of the tool.
- Maintain project budget, scope and timing.
- Identify risks and issues and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders.
- Next to being fluent in English, you speak excellent, near native level of both French and Spanish.
- A degree with a minimum of 5 years of working experience.
- At least 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a software environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You are comfortable speaking to stakeholders at different levels – from warehouse managers to CEOs.
- The ability to communicate efficiently with software engineers.
- Flexibility and self-organisation.
- Willing to invest in your knowledge of business and technical matters.
- Willing to travel for project kick-offs, client meetings and company events.
- Experience in Logistics and Supply Chain.
