Role Overview


We are looking for a driven E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Specialist to manage and excel in customer communications across multiple platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and social media. The primary focus of this role is delivering outstanding customer support on Shopify, Amazon, and other mediums. Secondary tasks include handling social media, interactions and executing influencer collaborations. Additionally, you will support Amazon operations by managing deals, implementing coupons, downloading reports, and conducting listing audits. This opportunity suits an individual with excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational capability, and a solid background in e-commerce operations.

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver exceptional customer support by consistently monitoring and efficiently responding to daily customer messages on Amazon, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Engage with customers and influencers across social media channels like Instagram and Messenger, responding to messages and fostering strong, positive relationships to boost engagement.
  • Initiate and maintain outreach efforts with influencers for collaboration opportunities on platforms such as Instagram and Join Brands to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Manage Shopify orders via Amazon Fulfilment, ensuring timely and seamless order processing for a superior customer experience.
  • Maintain and update product listings on Shopify, adding new products as needed and ensuring descriptions and images are consistently accurate and appealing.
  • Regularly monitor and adjust product availability on Shopify based on real-time inventory data to optimize stock levels.
  • Compile and present weekly performance reports, outlining key metrics, trends, and actionable insights, and actively participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with the manager to ensure daily tasks and operational goals are met, using ClickUp for effective task management and prioritization.
  • Pursue monthly objectives, focusing on specialized role-related tasks and engaging in ongoing professional development to refine skills and enhance performance.
  • Execute daily social media tasks, including creating and posting content, to maintain an active and engaging presence on various platforms and support brand initiatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in customer support, with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in influencer outreach methods, with the capability to build and sustain strong partnerships effectively.
  • Solid working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Shopify.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a background in preparing and interpreting detailed performance reports.
  • Highly adaptable and efficient in fast-paced settings, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Interest and knowledge of social media best practices and trends.
  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Experience using ClickUp or a similar project management tool (can be taught).
  • A proactive approach to continuous learning and problem-solving.
