That's where you come in.
We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Operations Lead to scale Thrive’s growth engine. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, data, operations, and user acquisition — helping us build systems, optimize funnels, and drive measurable outcomes across campaigns, ecosystems, and stakeholders.
You’ll play a key cross-functional role across product, BD, ecosystem, and comms — ensuring that our marketing stack is performance-oriented, data-backed, and aligned with strategic objectives. You’ll help drive awareness, engagement, and ecosystem success through systems thinking, automation, experimentation, and analytics.
You are a proactive, entrepreneurial-minded individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Ideally, you’ve had experience founding or running your own venture, or have spent 2–3 years immersed in the entrepreneurial world. You're based in Western Europe or North America (East Coast preferred) and bring a self-directed, outcome-driven approach to your work.
You don’t wait to be told what to do. You’re energized by open-ended challenges, take full ownership of your work, and adapt fluidly to evolving roles and responsibilities. You operate with a bias toward action, staying focused on impact over process, and don’t need close management to drive high-quality outcomes.

Marketing Infrastructure & Analytics
- Own and optimize Thrive’s marketing stack — CRM, attribution, funnel tracking, dashboards, and automation
- Build marketing reports that connect campaign performance to onchain and offchain KPIs (e.g., active users, project funding, usage)
Growth Experiments & Funnels
- Design and execute growth loops across paid, social, email, content, onchain programs, and ecosystem bounties
- Improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion across the builder, DAO, and ecosystem funnels
User Segmentation & Lifecycle Marketing
- Implement systems for audience segmentation, targeting, and personalized campaign workflows
- Support lifecycle engagement for protocol stakeholders (builders, DAOs, investors)
GTM Coordination & Ecosystem Activation
- Coordinate multi-channel go-to-market campaigns across ecosystem partners and Thrive product launches
- Work with product & dev teams to improve onboarding and retention via marketing automations
Incentives, Reporting & Insights
- Assist in managing incentive programs (e.g. token rewards, retroactive funding) and tracking milestone completions
- Provide growth insights through analytics dashboards and iterate strategies based on results
Requirements
- 3–7 years in marketing ops, growth, or revenue operations — ideally in crypto, SaaS, or startup environments
- Strong grasp of marketing analytics, attribution models, and user funnel strategy
- Tools you’ve likely worked with: HubSpot, Segment, GA4, Dune, Looker, Zapier, Notion, and Web3 analytics platforms (e.g., Token Terminal, Nansen)
- Proven ability to build systems from scratch and lead cross-functional execution
- Strong understanding of onchain behavior, crypto user journeys, and protocol engagement funnels
- Bonus: Experience with grant ecosystems, bounty programs, or Web3-native community engagement
- You’ve led growth at an early-stage startup or Web3 protocol
- You can track wallet-based behaviors and build related campaign logic
- You’ve set up automated workflows across tools like Airtable, Webflow, or Notion
- You’ve worked on influencer campaigns, content strategies, or community experiments
