You will be responsible for translating support articles (German and English) for our help center and creating high-quality, engaging, and accurate technical content to rewrite our “Product handbook”.

You follow and contribute to comprehensive guidelines that product managers and other publishers across Taxdoo must adhere to when creating and releasing content.

Your role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high standards and alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

You will read in detail all our existing articles and meticulously correct them according to the guidelines.

You have exceptional communication skills in German and excellent English (native-like, written, and spoken).

You have at least 3+ years of proven experience in a comparable role, successfully translating technical requirements into clear documentation and collaborating with product managers and designers.

Proficiency in Confluence and Zendesk or similar tools.

Bonus points for knowledge of VAT/tax regulations and/or accounting.
