Symplicity is seeking a Marketing Manager to support our expansion into the ANZ region. In this role you will play an integral part in ensuring the success of the Marketing & Sales Teams, working on some of our key initiatives and leading Marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Work closely with our global Marketing team to develop campaigns to engage target audiences and drive sales of core and back-to-base products and services.
Qualifications
Three – five years of marketing experience in SaaS and entrepreneurial mindsetResourceful mentality and problem solving skillsAble to escalate blockers in a timely and tactful mannerSelf-sufficient, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detailPositive, “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitudeComfortable with quick turn-arounds and firm deadlinesCreative thinker with solid graphic design skills and proficient with Adobe CSAnalytical mindset, problem-solving, multi-tasking and project management skillsAbility to travel 20-30% of the timeResponsibilities
Work closely with our global Marketing team to develop campaigns to engage target audiences and drive sales of core and back-to-base products and services.Assist in managing logistics of regional eventsDevise strategies and programs to drive traffic growth and conversion optimization of our online job posting businessAssists in copy writing/editing and sales enablementAssists in content developmentDevelop our internal program to track site and customer data to generate insights to increase acquisition, conversion, and retention at every touch pointWork cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to execution and to define and analyze success metricsAccomplish high-level business objectives by creating achievable plans for the team.
