How old is the project? What stage is it at?

Our product has been on the market for 5 years and continues to grow. We prioritize customer trust by refining delivery processes and launching new features daily, while navigating the complex legal landscape of the cannabis market.

• Define business needs. Understand what exactly the business wants to receive as a result of the development and implementation of the solution and why 

• Understand the current state of the business and align short-term issues with long-term goals 

• Solution proposition, considering effort/effect balance,transparently sharing pros and cons of the selected solution. 

• Communicate with English-speaking partners. 

• Evaluate the solution. Estimate the potential value for each option and walk business counterparts through the decision making process. 

• Describe solution requirements in details. We use Confluence for documentation. 

• Help the development team understand business needs, processes and limitations. 

• Feature adoption design with the help of the support team. 

• Process comments and suggestions, which are received based on the results of  operation.  

• 2+ years of experience as System analysis/Business Analysis. 

• Strong understanding of Business Analysis frameworks and methodologies of eliciting needs and gathering requirements. 

• Experience in system design and basic understanding of architectural limitations

• Experience with describing use cases, changes in user interfaces, logical data model, in  data bases, web-services. 

• Experience with planning of releases and sprints. 

• Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira / Confluence. 

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge in API design and integrations will be a plus. 

Upper-Intermediate and higher. You will need to communicate with the English-speaking part of the team and write and read the documentation in English.

Team size and structure?

We've divided our team into smaller groups, each focusing on specific products. These groups usually consist of 10-12 members, including front-end and back-end developers, QA specialists, and analysts. Every team is guided by its own product owner.

Is there a probation period, and how long does it last? - Probation period lasts 3 months.

What is the work schedule? - Flexible working hours. Our working time zone is 09.00-15.00 (GMT), but it depends on the team, and can be flexible.

Is it possible to work remotely? - There is an opportunity to work fully remotely, we are a remote-first company, and we don't have offices.

What currency is the salary paid in, and what is the form of employment? - Salary in dollars (employment under a B2B contract with the USA).

The number of vacation days? - 20 working days per year.

The number of sick leave days? - 3 days.
