Youtube Growth Marketer at Support Shepherd

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media accounts - specifically YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This includes coming up with growth hacking strategies as well as the day-to-day operation of these accounts including posting, captioning and responding to the community
• Write and edit video scripts for short form and long form videos, and work closely with the video editor to improve those videos in order to increase video watch time. 
• Use our AI tool to create audio narrations of scripts, and refine those audio files using audio editing software
• Repurpose video content into emails and blog posts

Requirements

• 2-3+ Experience growing YouTube, tik tok, and Instagram accounts
• Very strong writing skills, particularly with writing scripts for video format
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have high autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, out-of-the box thinking
• Strong understanding of Western Culture
• Be able to catch on quite quickly on the ins and outs of mobility training
• Self starter with a strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
