About the role:

We’re on the lookout for a Systems Engineer to join our fast-growing international Delivery team and help us revolutionise enterprise support! You’ll be at the heart of a vibrant, fast-paced team that is shaking up the industry with innovative solutions and world-class service.

As our Systems Engineer, you’ll be the backbone of our PeopleSoft practice, ensuring client systems are stable, reliable, and always ready to perform. You’ll collaborate closely with Agile teams and clients alike, troubleshooting issues, optimising system performance, and making sure access runs like clockwork. Your work keeps our client environments humming and our delivery teams empowered.

This full-time position can be based in our Hyderabad office, hybrid or fully remote.

 

What you’ll be doing:

As our Systems Engineer, you will:

  • Partner with developers, testers, business analysts, and clients to keep PeopleSoft environments solid and running smoothly
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues fast, and maintain strong and secure client environments
  • Manage system access, security tokens, and compliance, making sure the right people get the right access, hassle-free
  • Act as the vital bridge between internal teams and clients to resolve PeopleSoft environment challenges quickly
  • Keep documentation crisp, clear, and up to date
  • Stay sharp by tracking the latest tech trends and sharing your insights with the team
  • Own new challenges with confidence and contribute to our culture of innovation and excellence.

 

What we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing PeopleSoft environments (or other ERP systems)
  • Experience with remote environment tools like VPN, Citrix, and secure access protocols
  • Proven track record working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a history of resolving issues using smart, efficient solutions
  • Proactive, passionate, and always looking to learn and improve
  • Organised and efficient with your time
  • A genuine passion for the role and a hunger to grow with a game-changing company.
