Role Description

This is a contract and fully remote role for a Digital Matte Painter, we expect this to run for 6 weeks.

As a Digital Matte Painter, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital matte paintings and environments for CG animated scenes. You will collaborate closely with Art Direction, Lighting and CG supervision to ensure the seamless integration of digital matte paintings into the overall final deliverable.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in digital painting and photo manipulation software, such as Adobe Photoshop

• Strong artistic and design skills, with a keen eye for detail and composition

• Experience in producing high-quality digital matte paintings and environments for film, television, or other entertainment projects

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take creative direction

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Knowledge of 3D rendering software and techniques is a plus

• Portfolio showcasing your digital matte painting work
