We are looking for a bright and motivated professional accountant to join our controllership team. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Senior Regional Accountant will work closely with the Finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger, analyse variances, review reconciliations, and support the timely completion of the month-end close process. The incumbent will also be tasked with revamping our current month-end close process to increase accuracy and efficiency.   

The ideal candidate understands best practices surrounding month-end close, has experience with process design and implementation, and can take initiative and work well under pressure. What you'll be doing:
  • Prepare monthly accounting entries, reconciliations, and internal control procedures at the regional entity level. 
  • Work collaboratively with regional leaders and the regional sales team to resolve discrepancies and answer financial inquiries in a timely manner 
  • Maintain, review and be an expert on the regional general ledger and trial balance.
  • Assist in analysing and determining appropriate intercompany transactions and prepare consolidation entries on a quarterly basis 
  • Collaborate with tax/treasury team to complete regional regulatory filings 
  • Lead in process improvement projects such as operational audits, accounting policy reviews and process automation projects.
  • Assist with the overall month-end close process to ensure timelines are met. 
  • Contribute to and encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist internal and external audit processes by providing documentation, explanations, and analysis.
  • Support with ad hoc projects as part of the continuous growth and improvement of StackAdapt.


  • What you’ll bring to the table:
  • Be an ACCA/ACA qualified accountant or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an accounting role for a publicly traded company
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, modelling, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
