As a Software Engineer, you'll be part of a team transforming enterprise sales into a collaborative experience. • Collaborate with the team to validate ideas, build prototypes, and quickly ship production code.

• Implement user feedback to enhance the user experience immediately.

• Take ownership of projects and new product ideas, driving them from inception to completion.

• Research, test, and implement AI functionality that surprises and delights users.

• Establish engineering best practices and contribute to building a robust infrastructure.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and responsibility.

• 4 to 7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on B2B products.

• Proficiency in Node/Typescript (backend) and React/Typescript/Redux (frontend).

• Experience with Firebase/GCP and multi-tenant systems.

• Proven ability to take projects from 0-1 and work effectively in a startup environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a curious, innovative mindset.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.

• Experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior team members.

• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.

• Familiarity with agile development practices and rapid prototyping.

• Background in sales technology or similar industries.

• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal project portfolio.
