Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients and partners to launch Telemedicine and Chronic Care programs, aligning deliverables with their culture, priorities and goals.
- Serve as internal team SME/point person to ensure efficiency, consistency and collaboration throughout client implementations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, effectively conveying diverse client needs internally, driving the resources needed for successful implementations.
- Mentor and coach new or less experienced team members to facilitate successful achievement of team goals.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, both externally and within Teladoc Health, to ensure alignment and support.
- Work collaboratively to define and optimize processes for effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, assisting team to deliver high-quality launches on time.
- Collaboratively drive enrollment revenue within the client population (employees, plan members, etc.) with support from our Enrollment Marketing and Health Services teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience with project/program management, with 3+ years of client-facing experience.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with both upper management and less-experienced team members.
- Demonstrated product experience and ability to learn new products and technologies.
- Experience working with all levels within a client organization, from strategic to tactical.
- Experience leading meetings and presentations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, Workforce (or similar) and Salesforce (or similar).
Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans or systems.
