The Principal Campaign Strategist will serve as a trusted partner to clients, delivering comprehensive, data-driven strategies that maximize the impact of their omnichannel marketing campaigns. This individual will leverage Simon’s advanced capabilities to create and optimize personalized campaigns, implement performance-driven strategies, and deliver measurable results across email, SMS, and paid channels. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a strong analytical background, a creative mindset, and a passion for driving client success.
Collaborate with clients to develop highly personalized, data-driven omnichannel campaign strategies that align with their business objectives.
Define success targets and provide recommendations on content, personalization, AI application, analytics, and audience segmentation.
Conduct in-depth analyses of existing campaigns, assessing effectiveness, deliverability, and results, and deliver actionable insights to improve performance.
Build and implement campaign segments, creative assets, and measurement foundations to streamline execution and reduce dependencies on client deployment cycles.
Design highly targeted AI-powered campaigns that drive results across email, SMS, and paid media channels.
Ensure all campaigns are set up for success with clear objectives, precise targeting criteria, and robust performance tracking.
Manage or partner with a team to manage campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and targeting to monitoring and optimization, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Conduct A/B testing, audience refinement, and continuous performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and ROI growth.
Provide detailed reporting and insights through maturity assessments, refining strategies to optimize marketing spend and performance across channels.
8+ years in a marketing strategy or campaign management role, preferably within SaaS, marketing technology, or digital marketing agencies.
Demonstrated success in creating and optimizing data-driven, personalized campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and paid media.
Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools, including customer data platforms (CDPs), email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ROI analysis.
Familiarity with Simon or similar SaaS solution is a plus
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management abilities, with a proven ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.

In compliance with the state and city salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $ 150,000 to $210,000 which represents a range commensurate with experience.
