Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced and driven Marketing and Social Media Manager to develop impactful marketing collateral and manage the execution of social media strategy. This is an opportunity for a highly self-motivated individual to work closely with the founding team and have significant autonomy in shaping and growing customer base. You'll play a critical role in crafting campaigns, building brand presence, and driving customer engagement and acquisition through strategic, creative, and effective marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with mission and business goals
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms to attract, convert, and retain customers
- Design and produce marketing collateral that conveys vision, brand, and key messaging
- Plan and run data-driven social media and customer acquisition campaigns to optimize performance
- Monitor analytics to track performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Leverage the latest AI tools to enhance the efficiency and impact of marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the founders and other stakeholders to maintain a cohesive brand voice and campaign alignment
- Stay current with social media trends, best practices, AI advancements, and tools to keep at the forefront of digital marketing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media and customer acquisition campaigns
- Excellent English proficiency, both speaking and written
- Experience working in US healthcare preferred
- Familiarity and regular use of today's advanced AI tools to amplify marketing impact
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in a remote environment
- Passion for healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven work is a plus
