What are the goals and responsibilities?
As a Junior Recruiter with scandiweb, you will be responsible for maintaining our recruitment processes. To do so, your responsibilities will include: 
  • Maintain daily and on-demand recruitment processes for multiple roles;
  • Communicate with candidates during their recruitment;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for test evaluators, other HR members, and involved parties within the hiring process;
  • Effectively track and organize all trusted vacancies through the recruitment stages;
  • Keep the Hiring Managers updated on the recruitment progress;
  • Collect feedback and respond with action to improve the recruitment process for vacancies; 
  • Support outreach with on-demand tasks, like, maintaining job boards, and publishing vacancies;
  • Conduct LinkedIn campaigns for both, outreach and recruitment purposes.


What are the skills and experience needed?
This role does not require previous experience in HR. If you have previous work experience in administrative, communication, or project management roles, we welcome you to apply.

  • Great organizational skills: you'll handle multiple vacancies, each at different stages of the recruitment process. Your ability to oversee and manage this is a core part of your success;
  • Confident communication skills: this role includes active communication with a varying amount of candidates at any given moment;
  • Confident written and spoken English skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to apply logic and problem solving skills;
  • Good self-presentation: conducting interviews will be part of your routine;
  • Capability of taking ownership of your work scope; 
  • Ability to oversee vast amounts of information flows with accuracy and to prioritize work responsibilities;
  • Willingness to adapt to changes in role and responsibilities over time in line with the needs of the company.
