About the Role:
Implementation is a key differentiator for Quandri and a critical part of the customer journey. As the Manager of Implementation, you will play a hands-on role in leading customers through successful onboarding and implementation experiences. You’ll manage and support a small but growing team, refine our implementation process, and help drive key outcomes across customer experience, time to value, product adoption, and operational efficiency.
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused, process-oriented leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and has experience executing implementation strategies in high-growth SaaS environments—ideally within AI, ML, or automation technologies.
What you’ll do:
Design and establish scalable implementation processes from scratchHire, mentor, and grow a high-performing implementation teamBuild, maintain, and execute quarterly plans aligned with business objectivesDevelop, monitor, and manage key performance metricsLeverage a data-driven approach to building and optimizing scalable implementation strategies that drive efficiency and improve customer experienceCollaborate with senior leaders across Quandri to achieve organizational and company goalsCollaborate with sales and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless transition throughout the customer journeyIdentify and mitigate risks associated with implementation projects, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful outcomesFoster a culture focused on delighting customers and maximizing adoption of Quandri's solutionsThe right person for this role will have:
+5 years of professional experience leading Implementation within a technical B2B SaaS product or AI technology companies+3 years of people management experienceExperience building implementation processes from the ground upThe ability to work closely with our product team to develop implementation process and assets for new to market productsExperience hiring and managing implementation teamsProven track record of success in establishing and scaling implementation processesA data-driven approach to developing, tracking and optimizing performance metricsSelf-motivated, detail-attentive, action-driven with the ability to take initiative, execute, and follow-throughHighly effective communicator with good people instincts - able to build trust and work well with a diverse group inside and outside the companyEager for a hands-on role, where you'll be asked to directly lead some implementations while we continue to grow the teamHighly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with great follow-through on initiatives big and smallBonus points if you have:
