The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment to post-launch support—ensuring that AI projects deliver business value, stay on schedule, and meet external and internal expectations.</div><div>This role bridges technical AI capabilities and real-world operational needs, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, project management, and customer success. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><strong>Project Implementation:</strong></div><ul> <li>Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of AI-based products or features across the business to support the needs of corporate and franchise environments.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the project lifecycle. </li> </ul><div> <strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> </div><ul> <li>Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Franchisee Operations, Compliance and others) and external clients to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.</li> <li>Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure solutions meet end-user needs.</li> </ul><div> <strong>Technical Coordination:</strong> </div><ul> <li>Understand core AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, NLP, computer vision) to effectively communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Coordinate data integrations, API configurations, and other technical onboarding requirements with clients or third parties.</li> </ul><div><strong>Training & Enablement:</strong></div><ul> <li>Support user onboarding and training efforts to maximize adoption and impact of AI solutions.</li> <li>Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base materials.</li> </ul><div><strong>Monitoring & Optimization:</strong></div><ul><li>Monitor project performance post-implementation; identify opportunities for optimization, user feedback collection, and enhancement planning.</li></ul><div><strong>Compliance & Risk:</strong></div><ul><li> Ensure implementation activities adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance standards.</li></ul><div><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></div><ul> <li>5+ years of experience in software implementation, technical project management, or product deployment, preferably with AI/ML or SaaS products.</li> <li>Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and common platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).</li> <li>Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and integration best practices.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Miro, Slack).</li> </ul><div><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></div><ul> <li>Experience working with AI-powered enterprise platforms (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, document automation) in the restoration market.</li> <li>Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum Master) or implementation methodologies a plus.</li> <li>Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001).</li> <li>Ability to interpret performance metrics and dashboards from AI/ML systems.</li> </ul><div><strong>Success Measures (First 6–12 Months):</strong></div><ul> <li>Successfully deliver 2–3 AI platform implementations on time and within scope.</li> <li>Define key metrics for successful delivery and ensure that these are met.</li> <li>Build repeatable playbooks and documentation for future AI rollouts.</li> <li>Drive strong cross-functional alignment between engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams.</li> </ul><div><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></div><ul> <li>Be at the forefront of deploying AI to solve real-world problems in restoration.</li> <li>Work in an environment that embraces innovative teams and cutting-edge technologies.</li> <li>Shape the way AI solutions are delivered, adopted, and scaled across the whole franchise network, and corporate operations.</li> <li>Be with a company that asks you, what your opinion is, and what the future holds.</li> </ul> </div> <p>This is a remote position.</p>
