Requirements
As a Recruiter, you will be in charge of finding the best talent for our clients while taking good care of the client and candidate relationships. These will be some of your responsibilities:
- Source candidates for each new role you get assigned.
- Conduct interviews with the chosen candidates to further assess their qualifications and suitability for our open roles.
- Vet the candidates to Proppel's clients, ensuring a high-standard delivery with extreme attention to detail.
- Ensure candidates are adequately prepared for interviews, assignments, and presentations.
- Offer guidance and assistance to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Participate and/or lead calls with your clients.
- Own and manage your designated accounts and client communications.
- Track your metrics and commit to constant learning and progression.
- Assist and support the rest of the team where needed.
- Feed the internal talent pools with top-notch candidates to be shared with the other recruiters.
- Participate in periodic team calls including training sessions, stand-up sessions, company-wide syncs and pair sourcing meetings.
Experience & Skills
- Up to 3 years of experience in any Recruitment role.
- Exceptional English level, both written and spoken is required.
- Experience in client-facing or working directly with different stakeholders or hiring managers is preferred.
- You should be able to efficiently manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing and vetting candidates, scheduling interviews, and working closely with our clients to find the perfect match.
- You'll need strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively. As you juggle numerous important projects, it's vital to push them forward quickly while ensuring no details are overlooked, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and thoroughness throughout.
- Eagerness to keep growing and learning, flexible to adapt to different clients and really high standards.
