Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate staff availability and schedule meetings, ensuring smooth communication between internal and external teams.
  • Take comprehensive notes during meetings, highlighting key takeaways and action items.
  • Act as the primary contact for project-related communications, facilitating information flow between team members, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage Project Management tools, overseeing task assignment, timeline tracking, and project status updates.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets related to projects, ensuring easy access and version control.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, approvals, changes, and final deliverables.
  • Research up-to-date marketing tactics and trends that align with our brand's goals and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Create engaging social media posts for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Upload final project deliverables to YouTube and assist in the development of case studies for portfolio showcasing.
  • Draft and distribute newsletters and blog posts, using provided direction and insights to highlight our brand's achievements.
  • Assist in developing case studies on our website using pre-built templates and content management systems (CMS).

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English with outstanding communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Familiarity with newsletter development software and website content management systems (CMS) for blogs and case studies is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using Monday.com for project management and coordination, is a plus.
