Your Mission
Propeller is experiencing high growth across all markets. Your mission is to drive sales from the frontline, playing a critical role in developing the DACH region. You’ll be selling to both SMBs and large customers, from lead generation to close. You’ll also get leads from our website and you will handle incoming leads from our dealer network in the region, giving you every opportunity to succeed and close those deals with interested prospects. We’re growing across Europe, but have a particular focus on growth in the DACH, Nordics and UK markets.
You’ll work with a group of talented and experienced sales professionals who will get you up to speed so you can identify that ideal customer profile and change the way they work, for the better!
To do this you will:
- Grow the number of accounts in the DACH region.
- Understand your territory and business segments extremely well.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts and follow-up on inbound marketing leads.
- Sell solutions to customers directly as well as with channel partners (dealers), maintaining effective dealer relationships together with the local Account Manager.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high standards of engagement.
- Pitch Propeller to Survey Managers & Directors.
- Communicate customer needs and wants with our internal teams.
This fully remote role can be based out of Germany (ideally), The Netherlands or Poland, requiring German and English fluency. You will be expected to travel roughly 20% - 30% of the time.
Your Skills
- 5+ years in construction technology sales (ideally in B2B SaaS), with a track record of successful proactive selling in the DACH region.
- You speak German and English fluently.
- You have a history of exceeding your sales quota.
- You have experience navigating organizations of different sizes and selling to multiple decision-makers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. You gel with our customers and team and thrive in an unstructured environment. You have the ability to be part of a close-knit but globally spread-out team.
Bonus points for
- UAVs and visualization platforms.
- SaaS sales.
- Remote pilot license.
- Multilingual. Besides English and German, French or a Nordic language would be helpful for this role.
