Assessment Coordinators (AC) are the backbone of the ProcessUnity Operations department. As an AC, you will be at the front lines of all interactions with third-party vendors. ACs use their top-notch communication and customer service skills to keep third parties happy, informed and steadily moving through the assessment process.


What You'll Do:
  • Help third parties via email, phone and other live support channels as they move through the assessment lifecycle
  • Serve as a diverse subject matter expert when it comes to explaining and evangelizing our assessment processes and methodologies
  • Build and maintain a vast knowledge of internal processes, resources, and third-party accounts in a consistently growing and changing environment
  • Collaborate with a wide array of internal teams to keep third parties informed and moving forward
  • Maintain EXTREME vigilance when it comes to data (keen eye for detail is essential)
  • Troubleshoot logistical issues and maintain regular contact with Tech Support in order to keep third parties progressing on their assessments


  • Desired Experience & Skills:
  • Experience in a professional customer service role working with multiple customers or vendors at a time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An optimistic team player who can function in a high-pressure environment
  • Know how to follow an established process, but you also love to make suggestions on how that process can be enhanced and streamlined
  • Savvy with sensitive information; you always err on the side of confidentiality
  • An interest in risk assessment and cyber security
  • Comfortable making/receiving phone calls and providing support in real time
  • Possess an eagerness to continuously expand your knowledge and skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances as they arise in a fast-paced work environment
  • Bonus points if you have familiarity working with Zendesk
  • Salary range: $42,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
