About the Company:

A US-based company forefront of addressing mold-related health issues, providing innovative, accessible solutions for diagnosis and treatment. We're seeking a dedicated Care Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in our mission to improve patients' lives.

 

Role Overview:

As a Patient Care Navigator, you will guide patients through their treatment, triage concerns, manage clinician schedules, and provide high-quality customer service. You’ll also oversee telehealth systems, maintain HIPAA compliance, and ensure smooth care coordination. Your focus will be on delivering excellent patient care and improving service processes.

 

Your Impact:

Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s success by ensuring patient satisfaction, maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing clinician time and resources, and supporting the efficient delivery of our innovative mold illness treatments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care and Navigation:

  • Guide patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they understand each step and receive the care they need.
  • Coordinate between patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders for seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure all interactions comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain high standards of patient privacy.

 

2. Efficient Triage and Clinician Support:

  • Exercise sound judgment in triaging patient concerns, determining which require clinician attention.
  • Optimize clinician workflow by handling issues that don't need direct clinician involvement.
  • Manage the telehealth platform, facilitating communication between patients and clinicians.

 

3. Process Development and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for customer care and process improvements.
  • Monitor service quality and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to enhance overall service efficiency and patient experience.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
  • Previous experience as a Care Manager or Care Navigator
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work in a time zone compatible with the core team's working hours
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health)

 

Nice-to-Have:

  • Previous experience working remotely
  • Background in customer service or patient care within the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with mold-related illnesses or environmental health issues
  • Experience in creating and implementing SOPs
  • Certification in customer service management or healthcare administration
