About this role
Pareto is looking for a Regional Manager based in Latin America who will build and expand our operations and teams in Latin America. The Latin America Regional Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our operations, specifically our Customer Support and Project Management functions across the region. This individual will be responsible for leading teams, ensuring operational excellence, and championing Pareto’s culture in this region.

What you’ll do:

Build, lead, and expand our operations and support teams in Latin America

Serve as the primary champion for LATAM teams to our leadership, sharing insights, feedback, and reporting on regional performance.

Recruit and hire founding members of our Project Management and Customer Support teams in the Latin America region

Oversee daily operations across multiple locations within Latin America

Mentor regional team leads to maintain high performance and productivity.

Analyze KPIs to optimize customer support and project management processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality.
What you’ll need:
-
3+ years in hiring and managing teams in a regional capacity within Latin America.

In-depth knowledge of Latin America work culture
-
Fluent in Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Understanding of the organizational challenges around Latin America teams working with US-based teams
Nice to have:
-
Experience running teams for a US-based company that also has teams spread across the rest of the globe.

Experience as a leader or manager of a Latin America-based Project Management or Customer Support team

Experience with data delivery and/or AI products
-
Have worked in an early stage tech startup
