ABOUT THE ROLE

Pallet is seeking an experienced EDI Project Manager to project manage a team of EDI developers and ensure the smooth execution of EDI-related processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise with current EDI mapping tools, and excellent team management skills. 

You will be responsible for ensuring that EDI projects are delivered on time and that bugs and requests are resolved promptly, all while maintaining clear communication with external stakeholders.

SOME THINGS YOU MAY BE WORKING ON

• Act as the primary contact for customers and vendors regarding EDI-related queries and maintain smooth communication.
• Oversee day-to-day project management for the EDI team, including project tracking, responding to customers, and managing and prioritizing the backlog of issues, bug requests, and enhancements.
• Outline project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for EDI system implementations or upgrades.
• Create and monitor detailed project plans, adjusting as necessary to stay on schedule.
• Develop and implement processes and best practices to ensure timeliness, prioritization, and scalability.
• Ensure proper testing and troubleshooting of EDI transactions to maintain seamless data flow and resolve any issues.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and gather feedback for improvements.

YOU HAVE

• 4+ years of EDI project management experience working for a SaaS-based company
• Experience with Jira, Linear, or similar and proficiency in Dell Boomi or a similar tool for EDI integration.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage processes effectively.
• Client-facing experience and the ability to communicate technical requirements clearly.
• Experience in industries that heavily rely on EDI integration.
• Strong experience in managing and resolving bugs and support requests.
• Building, managing, and growing a team of EDI developers to meet evolving project needs.
• Experience working with International Clients in the US, Europe, or APAC

NICE TO HAVE’S

• PMP or other project management certification 
• Startup experience
