In-House 3D Motion Graphics Artist at Paired

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled In-House 3D Motion Graphics Artist to produce high-quality product animations for our brand. This role will be responsible for handling the entire 3D animation pipeline in-house—from concept development to final delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to create visually compelling animations that showcase our products across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end production of all in-house 3D product animations.
• Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality motion graphics that enhance product storytelling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create digital marketing, e-commerce, and promotional content.
• Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity.
• Oversee texturing, lighting, shading, and VFX enhancements to achieve photorealistic results.
• Optimize animations for different formats, including social media, web, and advertising placements.
• Keep up with the latest trends in 3D animation, AI-assisted tools, and motion design to improve workflow efficiency.
  
  Software & Tools Expertise:
• 3D Animation & Modeling: Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, Houdini, Unreal Engine.
• Rendering & Visual Effects: Redshift, Octane Render, Arnold, Adobe Substance 3D.
• Post-Production & Editing: After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• AI & Automation Tools: RunwayML, Topaz Video AI, AI-assisted animation workflows.
• Collaboration & Workflow: Adobe Creative Cloud, Notion, Frame.io, Slack, Trello.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in 3D motion graphics production with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, Houdini, Unreal Engine, or equivalent software.
• Expertise in animation principles, camera work, lighting, and rendering pipelines.
• Ability to execute projects from concept to final delivery independently.
• Experience working with marketing and branding teams to develop high-quality product animations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of liquid simulations, particle effects, and AI-assisted animation is a plus
  
  Bonus Skills:
• Experience with real-time rendering for AR/VR applications and metaverse projects.
• Familiarity with motion capture workflows and procedural animation techniques.
• Understanding of sound design integration and color grading for final video production.
