About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team. This role will be pivotal in transforming data into strategic insights that inform marketing decisions, and mining data trends for marketing content development. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with a deep understanding of the retail media landscape to deliver data-driven recommendations and insights for our content strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth in the retail media sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and provide insights that drive effective marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics and measure campaign performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support data-driven decision-making and identify industry benchmarks.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future campaigns.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate data integrity and quality across various sources to ensure accuracy in analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies in data analytics and marketing performance measurement.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, promoting a culture of data-driven thinking within the marketing team.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or insights generation, preferably within a B2B marketing context.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar BI tools).
- Experience with statistical analysis methods and modeling techniques.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs specific to the retail media industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
