As a Finance Content Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and informative content that educates and inspires our audience. • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, financial markets, and regulatory changes to produce accurate and relevant content.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, improving visibility and driving organic traffic to our website.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of quality, ensuring it adheres to our brand voice and style guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and tools, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance content effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of finance writing experience, preferably working for blogs, news organizations, magazines, or other publications.
• Experience writing about taxes, finance regulations, and benefits for the United States.
• Experience in startups and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to absorb new material quickly.
• Proven ability to manage projects and juggle a diverse workload while meeting any and all deadlines.
• Skilled with Google Workspace applications (primarily Docs, Slides, and Sheets).
• Experience working in a startup or agency environment.
• Past experience working in a content management system is helpful.
• Photo editing experience (Photoshop, Gimp, etc.).
