Teaching Assistant - Business and Entrepreneurship at One League

We are seeking an outstanding and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our Business and Entrepreneurship programs to help curate the best learning experience. You will be responsible for overseeing several aspects of education quality and teaching delivery at One League. You will recruit academically and culturally diverse instructional staff, ensure the quality of the teaching materials, evaluate the quality of the live classes, and drive to improve the performance of the instructional staff and of the fellows. You will also be involved in administrative tasks, such as addressing all concerns regarding academic processes. 

One League offers classes 100% online and has dual learning models: asynchronous study through an online portal and synchronous classes led by faculty members. Our ultimate objective is to enhance the quality of education the institution offers.

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of course materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources using digital tools, including Zoom and Canvas
• Support grading assignments, exams, and other assessments
• Plan faculty meetings, orientations, trainings, and workshops
• Facilitate discussions and group activities to enhance student learning and engagement
• Provide academic support to students, including answering questions and clarifying concepts
• Assist in the development and implementation of new teaching strategies and initiatives
• Maintain regular communication with faculty and students to address any concerns or issues
• Schedule regular meetings with One League leadership team and faculty staff to align on the goals and objectives

• Minimum of a Master's degree in business or a relevant field
• Experience working as a teaching assistant in relevant programs 
• Strong knowledge of business concepts and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in online teaching platforms and technology
• Availability during EST timezone working hours

• Experience with Case study method
• MBA qualification from a reputable institution is highly desirable
• Experience building academic curricula in related fields
