We are seeking a tech-savvy, creative, and highly organized individual to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS). This platform will serve as a training hub for both internal teams and external clients/partners, offering proprietary content based on our company’s unique technology. The ideal candidate will assist in course creation, manage quizzes/assessments, provide technical and educational support, and ensure a user-friendly e-learning experience for all users.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging e-learning courses, quizzes, and assessments tailored for internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to adapt complex company technologies and concepts into user-friendly learning materials.
- Use tools like TalentLMS and Articulate 360 to produce multimedia-rich, interactive content.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and reports to maintain a well-organized system.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to users.
- Respond to user inquiries about course materials or technical challenges.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to users on navigating the LMS, completing courses, and troubleshooting common issues.
- Assess user performance, course outcomes, and platform analytics to measure content effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather and analyze feedback from employees, clients, and partners to refine course design and improve the user experience.
- Stay informed about updates and new features in the company’s proprietary technology, integrating these advancements into course materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS).
- Εxperience in course creation tools, multimedia design, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of e-learning best practices and instructional design principles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn.
- Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Analytical mindset for tracking and reporting on learning outcomes.
