The role

We are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to our Professional Services Team. You'll need to have experience of working with Enterprise and VIP clients in your role and be comfortable managing senior stakeholders with differing priorities. Your role will be to successfully integrate our largest customers onto our platform, creating and delivering complex project plans and align all internal and external stakeholders to your timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on project management
  • Process optimisation - create and maintain a unified and effective approach to customer onboarding, integration and ongoing happiness
  • Reporting and visibility - provide clear visibility of project status and stakeholder happiness to the Director of PS, CS Manager and VP CS.
  • Project delivery - supervision of a tech onboarding specialist
  • Documentation - ensure all custom-built integrations are fully documented, with clear alerting and maintenance in place to ensure client happiness.

Key Outcomes:

  • Positive integration-related client sentiment  - Ensure customer retention and positive integration-related sentiment by delivering fast and effective onboardings and ongoing integration projects. 

Requirements

  • Project management excellence -  you are aware of conflicting priorities between commercial and technical teams; you bring the teams together and drive projects to resolution.
  • Retail experience - you’ve worked with retailers in a technical capacity, as a system integrator, implementation of ERP, or other retail specific technology that is embedded in multiple departments in an organisation. You understand the landscape of retail tech stack and its evolution.
  • Commercial outlook  - you understand what retailers ultimately care about.  You understand their priorities and tech challenges.
  • Stakeholder management -  you are able to hold a constructive conversation with sufficient gravitas with both Marketing senior stakeholder (CMO, Marketing Director) and Tech stakeholders (CTO, Director of Digital, tech agencies).
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience.
