About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and solutions-oriented  Senior Associate, Digital Product Analytics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about data and analytics, possesses strong technical and problem-solving skills, and excels at deriving actionable insights from complex datasets. In this role, you will support the Senior Manager, Digital Product Analytics ensuring the successful execution of digital product initiatives, with a key focus on web tracking specifications, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and activation of dashboarding to measure website performance, project outcomes, and testing or optimization efforts.
  • Identify hypotheses and measurement requirements for website A/B tests, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and website measurement needs.
  • Monitor website performance regularly and provide trend analyses and insights.
  • Oversee website data governance, ensuring accurate and reliable data capture, and promptly alert the Senior Manager to any anomalies.
  • Develop detailed event tracking specifications for user engagement on the website, collaborating with the tech team and external analytics partners as needed.
  • Conduct QA and post-launch validation of website tracking, ensuring alignment with specifications and data flows.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, website tracking and reporting issues, identifying and documenting problems, offering solutions, and coordinating with Senior Manager and cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
  • Run ad hoc reports as needed, providing analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Perform additional analytics tasks as required to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in web analytics tracking, implementation, and reporting
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Fullstory, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and tag management solutions
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing, preferably with tools such as VWO or Optimizely
  • Understanding of website traffic sources, including paid media channels and referral/direct traffic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new technologies and data analysis techniques quickly
  • Experience working in a DTC eCommerce company and/or in digital advertising is a plus
  • Ability to query databases using SQL is a plus
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$90,000$105,000 USD
