As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring and managing relationships with investment funds.

As a Sales Manager at Nansen, you will lead our go-to-market strategy in a new territory and product offering. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with institutional investors and funds, introducing them to Nansen's offerings. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the market presence of Nansen in a new key strategic area.

The successful candidate is preferably located in Singapore or similar timezone.

What You’ll Do:

  • Market Entry Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for the new territory, including identifying key market segments and potential clients.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire institutional investors and funds, building a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the investment community.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to meet market demand and client expectations.
  • Performance Tracking: Provide regular reports on progress, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activities and client feedback, to inform strategic decisions and product development.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales with experience either selling into, or managing relationships with crypto funds
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Attributes: Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the wider crypto ecosystem
