Job details
MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.
We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.
This role sits within the Supply Chain team, which covers everything from procurement to fulfilment and logistics. Whilst logistics is currently a lean function, you'll be working directly with the hiring manager, our Shipping & Logistics Manager, who is currently the sole dedicated logistics SME within the business, so this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved and make a real impact.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented logistics professional to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will have both hands-on logistics experience and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to not only track carrier performance but also inform strategic decisions about the future of our logistics network. In this role, you will play a key part in optimising our global shipping and logistics operations through the analysis of performance data, rate proposals, and other relevant metrics. You will also support the management of carrier relationships, assist with customs compliance (including HS code classification), and respond to ad-hoc operational queries from across the business.
We are looking for a logistics professional who combines solid industry experience in the e-comm sector with a strong analytical mindset. You should have a proven background in shipping, analytics, carrier performance monitoring, and customs processes along with a demonstrable ability to interpret large sets of data and spot trends to inform smarter logistics decisions. Just as important, we're after someone who's genuinely enthusiastic about logistics and excited by the opportunity to make a big impact at an exciting time for the company. You'll thrive in this role if you're naturally curious, motivated to understand how things work and constantly thinking "how could we do this, but better?" The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative and confident working independently as well as part of a team. Someone who takes the initiative, brings fresh thinking and isn't afraid to get stuck in when challenges arise.

That’s why we offer 25 days holiday rising by one day for each year here (for 5 years), a matched pension scheme, MOO’s share option scheme, and paid parental leave. We’ll offer you private healthcare, life insurance, a season ticket loan, and a cycle to work scheme. We also offer flexible work schedules with hybrid and remote working for certain roles as well as a Work From Anywhere program.
