Role Description

This role involves leading a team responsible for transforming and integrating development and operations processes.

  • Leads and manages the DevOps team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps tools and processes.
  • Collaborates with software development and IT operations teams to automate and streamline workflows.
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation across teams.
  • Ensures security and compliance of all DevOps practices.
  • Monitors and reports on key DevOps performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Evaluates new tools, trends, and best practices to improve processes and delivery pipelines.
  • Manages and optimizes cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Oversees incident management and resolution processes to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • Eight (8) plus years of experience in DevOps or a related role.
  • Three (3) plus years of leadership experience.
  • Experience deploying and maintaining cloud-based microservice infrastructure.
  • Experience with Pulumi required.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS required.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Git).
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Requirements

  • Salary: $140,000 - $200,000
  • Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
