As Sr. Salesforce Developer, you’ll lead the design and development of complex Salesforce solutions that are critical to our clients' success. You will play a key role in every phase of the development lifecycle and provide leadership in best practices and coding standards. This position requires advanced technical skills, a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, and the ability to solve challenging business problems.

What you’ll do:

  • Salesforce Development: Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Implement custom and complex business logic. Develop reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Integration: Lead the integration of Salesforce with other applications and data systems. Utilize Salesforce APIs, middleware, and other tools to connect systems in a seamless and efficient manner.
  • Data Management and Security: Implement robust solutions for data management within Salesforce, including data analytics, data quality, and data security. Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection laws.
  • Custom User Interfaces: Create sophisticated user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Design System and other front-end technologies to enhance user experience.
  • Project Leadership and Mentoring: Provide technical leadership to the project team, oversee project development stages, and mentor junior developers and peers. Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex technical issues as they arise. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance functionality and performance of Salesforce systems.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications, and maintain personal and professional networks.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Required Certifications:  Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications 
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and JavaScript. Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Custom Objects, and workflow creation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on business requirement translation into functional deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor others, lead projects, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Proficient in Agile development methodologies and tools. Experience with Agile project management environments such as JIRA or Scrum methodologies.
