Bizrate Insights is looking for a Sales Director to join our newly formed Sales team. This person will be a player/coach, starting as an individual contributor and later building the department, all while working closely with internal teams.
- Identify white spaces and create target lists
- Work with Marketing to help develop outreach strategies
- Own your territory by creating and closing net new opportunities
- Measure success by new revenue, overall client adoption & logos delivered
- Apply strong solution-selling skills and extensive sales experience
- Build and cultivate strategies and tactics that drive maximum performance across the entire sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and provide solutions that clients need
- Hire and build a sales team based on the processes you define
Qualifications
- 7+ years of high performance with a proven track record of selling high-value solutions; SaaS, market research, customer feedback, and insights experience are a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered
- Experienced with both Enterprise and Transactional sales, including running deals across multiple internal stakeholders/departments
- Professional client-facing skills; polished, articulate & credible when communicating with clients
- A true solution seller with a burning desire to uncover and understand client’s problems
- A creative and curious mind that leverages creative problem-solving skills
- A proven track record of selling into and building credible relationships at the ‘C’ level
- Experience and deep understanding of ecommerce, retail, CPG, and/or SaaS solutions
- Strong technical skills with sales tools including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Gong, Salesforce, and Hubspot
Requirements
- Drive the entire sales cycle from inception to close, for both yourself and your team
- Be a hunter by discovering and fostering your own leads, utilizing online and offline resources
- Reach key decision-makers in order to sell Bizrate’s mission, platform, and solutions
- Complete outbound sales outreach, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person connections across multiple verticals
- Proactively maintain your pipeline via Salesforce
- Achieve and exceed sales goals
- Drive net new logo acquisition
- Build and manage a growing sales team
