Role Description

We’re hiring Recruiters (Contractors) to help build Mercor’s expert network across East Asia. You’ll source and engage contractors for AI and data projects with leading U.S. clients.

This is a fully remote individual contributor role . While we prefer candidates based in Taiwan or Hong Kong , we also welcome applicants from other locations who have strong familiarity with these markets and are ready to recruit there effectively.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified contractors using regional channels (e.g., LinkedIn, BOSS直聘, 104 Job Bank, WeChat, alumni groups).
• Communicate with candidates in Mandarin and English to answer questions and guide them through the process.
• Manage pipelines efficiently and deliver qualified talent quickly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Fluent Mandarin and strong English skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with AI recruiting tools .
