As a Planning & Process Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing our internal processes, ensuring efficient and smooth operations. Your experience in management consulting and structured problem-solving skills will be crucial in driving improvements and scaling our startup effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Implementation and Optimization:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and challenges.
    • Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
  • System Implementation:
    • Evaluate and implement new systems and tools to support process improvements.
    • Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing workflows.
  • Tracking and Monitoring:
    • Set up tracking mechanisms to monitor process performance and progress.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for further optimization.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.
    • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Documentation and Training:
    • Create and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
    • Train team members on new processes and systems to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting (preferably from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, PwC, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and system implementation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
