The IT Specialist I is the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance. This role involves responding to a wide range of IT issues, providing basic support and troubleshooting, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), software applications, and IT equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Basic understanding of network principles and troubleshooting.
