Job Summary:
We are hiring a Special Project Manager to work directly with our CEO to help accelerate the growth of Dr. Gabi and support strategic initiatives across the organization. This individual will be a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO—contributing to high-impact projects spanning product development, partnerships, investor communications, business operations, and licensing.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner, systems thinker, and executor who thrives in a startup-like environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, collaborating across functions, and helping shape the future of a mission-driven company. You’ll work closely with the product, technology, and growth teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO across day-to-day business needs and long-term planningAssist in developing investor materials, business decks, and product pitchesSupport and manage relationships with external partners, including insurance companies and healthcare organizationsCoordinate efforts around licensing, trademark filings, and regulatory support for Dr. GabiHelp run executive-level meetings: prepare agendas, document decisions, and track follow-upsCollaborate with the Product and Tech teams on app-related feature launches, user feedback, and testingStreamline internal communication between leadership and cross-functional teamsJump in on special projects, including internal operations, hiring, or process creationHelp align cross-functional teams and streamline communication between departmentsConduct industry research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarkingOwn select strategic initiatives from end-to-end, helping move the company forward on high-impact goalsRepresent the CEO in meetings and communications, as neededHelp define and maintain key metrics for tracking company and product successKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced role (startups, tech, consulting, operations, etc.)Strong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAble to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in ambiguityDetail-oriented but able to zoom out and see the big pictureComfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting responsibilitiesHigh emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretionBonus: Experience supporting a founder or senior executive directlyBonus: Interest or background in healthcare, wellness, or techLimitations and Disclaimer
