Responsible for developing Recruiting processes for organizations committed to the sustainability of their value chain.
- Coordination of initial client liaison for DNA profiling development.
- DNA Profile Development.
- Call for applications: Search and attraction of candidates through internal and external matteria networks.
- Profile filtering and pre-selection.
- Telephone interviews with pre-selected candidates.
- Profile pre-selection.
- Development and delivery of Project Progress Reports (Week 1 and 2).
- Virtual interviews with pre-selected applicants.
- Application of technical tests to pre-selected applicants.
- Application of psycho-labor tests to pre-selected applicants.
- Development of Evaluation Reports for final short-list candidates.
- Delivery of shortlist or final selection to the client.
- Consultative support to the organization and profiles throughout the project.
- Scheduling interviews between the client and the candidates on the shortlist.
- Accompanying and advising clients in the closing process if requested.
- Notification and thanks to final unsuccessful candidates.
- Closure of the selection process.
- Registration of information in matteria platforms and tools.
- Follow-up with the organization and selected profile at month 1, 3, 6, and later
- Discipline, autonomy, and emotional independence to work in Freelance format.
- We look for demonstrable competencies and skills over studies or diplomas.
- Demonstrable talent management motivation.
- Demonstrable motivation for consultative client relationship management (organizations and profiles).
- Ability or motivation to train and learn about business skills.
- Understanding the stage of entrepreneurship/implementation of the company in a new market.
- Previous experience in organizations with social impact is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken): this is required to communicate with international clients and stakeholders.
