Your job is to build a long-term sustainable pipeline. 👀

You need to build a full content funnel with ToFu engagement, nurturing, and BoFu conversion content. 🏗️

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
  • Building top-of-funnel leads. This will likely be via LinkedIn but can also be through other relevant channels (email, webinars etc) 
  • Ensuring positioning and conversion are optimised. The conversion funnel will likely be onto a nurture motion then a discovery call (some leads will hopefully be direct to call)
  • Building a content engine that delivers value and engages the ICP (to include thought leadership , testimony, market analysis. data etc).
  • Working on various ad hoc tasks across the marketing function.

What success looks like in this role:
  • Building a  sales funnel that acquires, converts, and nurtures leads.
  • Overall KPI will be on MQLs generated for the sales team (and ultimately revenue) 
  • A softer but important metric is the ability to be autonomous, which relieves the leadership team from operational activities within marketing


The Person
  • Experience building B2B content funnels to include 
    • Top-of-funnel lead generation 
    • Creation of lead magnets and conversion to calls and nurturing funnel
    • Nurturing via email and LinkedIn and converting that list
  • Experience managing content across customer testimony, thought leadership, product selling, and top-of-funnel data
  • Ability to build, iterate, manage, and report on a sales funnel
  • Ability to manage content production resources to ensure creative output matches company goals 
  • Demonstrable understanding of the product & ICP
  • Ability to self-manage and work autonomously
