Role Overview
As we expand our operations, we are seeking an Experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us scale our recruitment efforts during this exciting growth phase. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, interviewing and onboarding top talent to drive our mission forward. The main roles that we’re regularly recruiting for are developers, project managers/product owners and sales executives - everyone with experience in tech.
- Collaborate with management and other members of the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of roles.
- Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other creative channels to find and engage top talent.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess cultural fit, technical capabilities, and career aspirations.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure hiring success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and market conditions to continuously improve our hiring processes.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a tech-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Familiarity with tech roles (e.g., developers, engineers, product managers) is a plus.
- Fluent English

- Experience in outreach to candidates that currently have a job, but could be a valuable addition to our team.
- Experience working with startups and scale-ups.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to hiring processes.
- Experience and interest in other areas of HR to help us improve existing and develop new processes.
