Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily HR operations and support recruitment processes
Source and screen candidates through online platforms
Coordinate interviews and follow-up communications
Maintain HR documents and databases
Draft job descriptions, internship postings, and outreach emails
Research business opportunities and potential partnerships
Conduct outreach to companies via email and LinkedIn to support HR and business development initiatives
Requirements:
English proficiency: C1 or higher (written and spoken)
Proven experience in online research, email outreach, and identifying opportunities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a structured work approach
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and professional email communication
Internship Details:
Type: Remote / Part-time.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Duration: 6 months.
Working hours: 15-20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Compensation: Unpaid internship with a performance-based bonus for meeting key milestones and goals.
