Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀
As a Senior HRBP you will work closely with our leadership team and employees to develop and execute HR initiatives that align with our company goals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our performance management systems, enhancing leadership skills, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and engagement. This role is perfect for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for making a meaningful impact.
You will be reporting to our Chief People Officer and will be in charge of:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and projects aligned with the overall business strategy
- Set and drive the performance review process and provide managers with constant support, acting as a trusted advisor
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and the preservation of team members.
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage relationships with our Staff Representatives (CSE in France).
Requirements
Preferred Experience—What's your profile 👀

- You ideally have 6-10 years of experience in HR
- You have exceptional communication skills enabling you to effectively engage with team members at all levels
- Solution-Oriented: you have a knack for problem-solving and can navigate complex HR issues with ease, offering practical and effective solutions
- Pragmatism: you approach HR challenges with a practical mindset, leveraging your expertise to drive results that align with both employee and company objectives
- You have strong analytical skills to interpret HR data effectively for decision-making
- Excel has no secret for you, including pivot tables, and ideally advanced functions like import range and index match
- French work legislation: in-depth knowledge of French labour laws, ensuring compliance and sound HR practices within the French legal framework.

- Ability to manage priorities: you excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly while ensuring deadlines are met
- Curiosity and motivation: you have an innate curiosity and a strong drive to continuously improve and deliver exceptional HR results that positively impact the organization
- Business sense: you understand the intersection of HR and business strategy, using your insights to drive HR initiatives that contribute to the company's overall success
- If you bring your experience in Talent Development and Learning & Development experience, it's a plus
- You are fluent in English.
